The purpose of this wiki Subsection is to give the community a centralized location to look for information on creating and modifying rulesets. There is a vast amount of information out there on this topic, however it is spread over many sites.

Disclaimers

This section will be broken down into subsections. We ask that if you are going to add information to this area, please place it into a RuleSet specific section. This will help anyone working with the reference to know which code applies to what they are working with.

IMPORTANT: It is worth mentioning again and stressing it. If you are going to add code to this section, please confirm what RuleSet you are using and either add the code under that RuleSet's subsection if it exists, or create a new subsection for that RuleSet if it doesn't yet exist.
