Library is empty and No Personality or Item icons

If you are using the foundation rulesey with the 3.5E extension sometimes the library will be blank and there will be no item icons.

For some reason this seems to be connected with the lack of the old D20 ruleset from Smiteworks. For some people the problem has presolved when downloading and installing that.
