The generic set is a good place to start for developers or people who want to try their hand at some Indie game with no ruleset completed.

Note as of 28th Feb 2009:

I uploaded a fully functional version of this ruleset here so it can be used without the D20 ruleset which it was dependent on for install by the former link. This one you just unrar in the rulesets directory and you get full usability at once. --Oberoten 07:16, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
