moon_wizard created this ruleset to support Wizards of the Coast's Dungeons and Dragons 4th edition. Also, it includes many new features and options not included in the base d20 ruleset.

Version 1.5.1 was released in May 31 2009. New features include power support for extra dice and multiple abilities modifiers, automatically remove effects on a save, and more. See readme.txt notes with ruleset for more details.
